BIOLINGUISTICS joins the Free Journal Network (FJN)

We're happy to announce that BIOLINGUISTICS has joined the Free Journal Network (FJN).

The purpose of the FJN (according to its web site):

"[...] is to promote scholarly journals run according to the Fair Open Access model (roughly, journals that are controlled by the scholarly community, and have no financial barriers to readers and authors). Such journals have a long history [as does BIOLINGUISTICS, which as been publishing quality research in the field of biolinguistics since 2007]. Many are of high procedural quality, but are less well known than commercial journals of similar or lower quality."

We're looking forward to working with the FJN to promote community-run academic journal, open access, and open science!
